Hotel is rather non-descript, but is clean! The location is excellent--very short walk to the metro. The northern train station of Chamartin is very close (use this train station if planning a day trip to Segovia). We stayed in the room with our daughter, a little cramped, but okay. Breakfast was decent--quite a variety.

I stayed here for one night while away on business. The hotel is siuated in a convenient area close to the central bus station and near the underground.
I had a 5th floor room and found it to be a little on the small side. Although it contained all the usual expectations (desk, mini bar, TV etc) everything was packed tightly into a small space making it very difficult to relax.
The hotel is OK for a one night stay, especially if you travelling on business. If your visiting Madrid for the weekend then I would suggest that you look elsewhere unless you need the location or the price is right
