I stayed here for a night prior to flying home the following day. This hotel is located on the main shopping and business streets of the city. It has all of the name brand stores (el cortez, zara, HM, ect.) directly outside the hotel entrance. The metro stop is within a block. The rooms were very clean with hardwood flooring and a minimalist decoration. The beds were soft, firm ,and felt like you were in heaven. These were by far the most comfortable beds during our entire trip. We stayed on the 6th floor facing street, but could not hear a sound from below. For a late night dinner, we went to VIPS down the street from our hotel. It is very similar to Denny's. This is an excellent hotel in a great location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel has a great position, outside of the classic touristic routes and very close to the Centre, in the middle of the upper-classy borough of Salamanca, very close to Retiro Park and Alcala Blvd. Our room was not really what you can call a large room, but we were in Madrid for holiday and we needed it only for sleeping. Furnitures are basic and design-friendly.. bathroom is OK. The view was internal so not very nice. Book a room on an high floor because the Hotel has a Disco beneath so maybe if you have a lower floor you can hear a noisy bump-bump. We were at the 7th and could feel it very very far late at night, but really not bothersome. Service is good and staff friendly and professional. The only thing we were disappointed on was a strange smell of somewhat like BBQ (?) every morning at 11. Don't have an idea on what it could have been. And I did'n asked. So if you ask for the right room I think this should be a good hotel, not expensive - we paid 123 EUR/night (avoid asking for breakfast because is 30 EUR/2 pax) - and realy well-located, for a nice weekend in Madrid.

We stayed here with a party of 6 in 3 different rooms. All rooms were nicely decorated and just spacious enough. Best memories: the breakfast!! really terrific. Very extensive buffet and in and nice environment. The neighborhood was all right. But its located on a very busy street, so don 't forget to ask for a room in the back of the hotel.
