L'ostello è situato in pieno centro (si entra prorpio dalla gan Via). Le camere sono abbastanza accoglienti e dotate di un piccolo bagno. Il problema è la rumorosità sia esterna (la finestra della camera dava sulla Gran Via) che inerna (le camere davano sullo spazio comune centrale dove tutti si riunvano per parlare e guardare la tv).

Great location, very clean hostal and with a character at a good price. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The girl that welcomed us at the hotel spoke absolutely no english at all. Just spanish. Furtunately another guest at the hotel was able to help. Otherwise we would probably be in the lobby still. A part from this, the hotel was quite good value for money.

Their web site on Venere was a little inaccurate as there were no fridges in any room and the room pictured was not representative of the ones available. The foyer and reception area are very attractive and the lift is the best I have experienced. It plays light classical music and is semi enclosed so you can see and hear it coming! However the single room I was given, although reasonably spacious and with a good sized bathroom, was a maintenance disaster and after two nights I was moved to a better double room at the same price. It is in a good central position near the Placa Espana Metro (30mins from Airport) and reasonably soundproof from the street if you keep the windows tightly closed.
