The most important thing is to be aware that is a location for just sleep after an hard day passed to visit Madrid by feet. The people at reception is very friendly, they speak just spanish but that's not a problem even for me that don't speak a word in spanish. You can get in at any hour in the day and in the night. The double bed is small but is enough four a normal couple. Anyway I suggest two single bed. The shower works but the water goes all around the bathroom, no shampoo no phone but towels have been changed any day. The room is poor but clean. I think you can find something better but if don't have much money to spend, you want a clean place in the center few meter far by metro and direcly connected to the airport ( you just have to change 1 line to get in) ....that's a place good enough to go.
