If you want to go shopping, the hotel is located near to the Salamanca district, one of areas with the most exclusive fashion stores in Madrid. Also, just a short walk will find you in the commercial area of the Carmen, Preciados and Gran Vía.
If you are interested in cultural activities, such as visiting museums (for example Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen-Bornemisza), or historical places of interest (Palacio Real, Plaza Cibeles, Recoletos, Opera Royal House, La Zarzuela, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and many more), you won’t need to travel far, because all of them are located within walking distance of the hotel.
Travel information
If you have your own car there are 3 public car parks nearby: Sevilla; Plaza Santa Ana; and Las Cortes.
If you decide to come using public transportation, the nearest metro stations are Sevilla and Sol (lines 1, 2 and 3).
By Air:
When you arrive at the airport you can take a taxi (about 20/25 minutes).
If you prefer to use the Subway, the Metro line of the airport will take you to Mar de Cristal metro station (the last one). From here, take line 4 to Goya. Finally, change to line 2 to Sol or Sevilla.
Another possibility is to take a bus that will take you from the airport to Colón. From there you will be able to take a taxi or the subway to the hotel.
