This complex consists of 24 apartments spread over five floors. It has a 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out service, lift, and laundry service (subject to fees), while on the ground floor a restaurant and bar can be found. It was completely refurnished in 2007. Chair lift installed for easy access of disabled people in wheelchairs from the buildings entrance and from the cafeteria to the apartments.

All air-conditioned apartments have one bedroom with either double or twin beds. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the dining and lounge area. The Parot Apartments also have a kitchenette and bathroom with hydromassage shower. You can enjoy welcome amenities and bathrobes.All apartments boast a private balcony which may enjoy sea views.
