At first it didn't look good as we were supposed to have our room when we arrived but due to some misinformation given to us by the travel company we were without a room. The room was clean when we entered it and we were given fresh towels every other day. It's in a great location in the bay, the supermarket is literally 100 yds away and the sea is only a short walk. The pool area is good and we always managed to get sunbeds, it wasn't too hectic so you can relax and prepare yourself for the night ahead.. Read review

Rooms were ok - clean enough - but next issue was the location which is MILES away from town - not walkable in 10 mins, do not believe your travel agent - costs at least 10 Euros to get there in a taxi (which, upon asking reception to book one, I was asked 'are you joking?. Read review

We had to walk into san antonio which took us one and a half hours on returning to the hotel the persons who had been put into the better room had a lucky escape by being out for the evening, if they had stayed in the room they might have been badly hurt by the television and bracket which they found smashed on the bedroom floor, they advised the receptionist (not possible) who said he would inform someone the next day, he didnt, he also did not oreder the taxies for us to return to the airport the next day making us late to check in to come home.. This guy was the night receptionist, and to be honest checkin was pretty straight forward. The following day one of the guys staying in are room had informed us that he was missing 200 euros. I was using the computer located in reception area later that night, When a group of girls from a room up stairs came to reception to complain that between the five of them over 500 euros had been missing. We all complained together, the dodgy receptionist just smurked and showed us all a roughly printed peice of paper stating:- 'We will not be responsible any valuables missing from any of the rooms' I informed this guy that i had asked for a safe upon arriving. One of the girls asked this unhelpful person to phone the cops, he added a number to the girls phone (supprise, supprise) it was the wrong number!

However, 'Eugene' gave us a room for free for the night. Then they tried messing us about saying that they no longer had a self catering apartment for us but eventually we were given a really spacious apartment on the top floor.

Our money got stolen out of our suitcases in a locked room, the staff in reply to which gave us a tiny piece of paper with a long list of items you have to pay extra for, which included rent of a safe. Not only that but the staff are very rude, smug, and unhelpful, you have to get a taxi costing 9Euros to even get to San Antonio. Otherwise, just make sure you rent a safe as soon as you walk in the door! You will get your money stolen out of your locked room!
