We stayed at the Hotel "Duran" on our way back home from the Costa Blanca. We booked it after having read the previous reviews and weren't dissapointed.
The hotel is located in the center of the old town. It is a perfect and tasteful combination of old and new!
The staff at the reception spoke English and French and were friendly and helpful. The decoration of our room was nothing special, but it was spotlessly clean with a large and modern bathroom and an extremely comfortable bed.
We loved the location of the hotel and the atmosphere.
Breakfast is the standard Spanish breakfast with cereal, fruit, rolls, pastries, ham, cheese and jam and for ? 8,50 a bit pricey, but there are lots of coffee bars and bakeries in the neighborhood.
All in all we really enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend this hotel.
