Hotel Betania - Benalmadena, Spain 

We stay at hotel Betania for 5 days,the hotel in general look quite cosy and clean,but they give to us was very small room without balcony . We had a problem with the shower but fortunately the guy fix it for us straight away.The breakfast in the morning was poor,I mean there was some eggs and bacon,but because I m italian that's not the kind of food I like to eat in the morning! I think this hotel is perfect for short break and if you are looking for something cheap.My previous stay was at the Hilton in Barcellona,so was a huge difference ,also adapt myself. I m sure l won't came back there.

hotel Betania was very clean and in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great.. bacon and eggs every morning. The rooms were extremely small and without a balcony. Bathroom was ok with small shower. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels. I would recommend this hotel for a short break due to the room size. Reading the bad reviews before we went made us very concerned about our choice, but we were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. Honestly what do people expect when you book a cheap break in a 2 star hotel? We were very happy with it. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants, close to the beach and, because it is away from the main road, very quiet at night. There was a small pool on the roof of the hotel with sun terrace but we went to the beach every day. There is a bit of a hill on the way back. Just behind the hotel there is a park with duck pond and wild rabbits running about which was lovely at night for coffee or a bottle of wine! It was a pity the rooms were so small but the location, cleanliness and breakfast made up for that!!
