I have just arrived home from a 5 night stay at this hotel and as with all hotels it has its good and bad points. We arrived at 2 in the afternoon to be checked in by a male receptionist who didn't even glance at us and then were told he didnt know if our room was ready so we should go and check. We went up to the room and found it hadnt been cleaned so we went back downstairs and said we'd wait at the bar. We ordered some drinks which took a very long time and were then short changed. After half an hour our room was finally ready. The room was absolutely fine, good air conditioning and nice balcony with a great view, the bathroom was tiny but thats what you expect. I didnt really enjoy the food in the hotel restuarant but my boyfriend loved it so I suppose that was just me being fussy. On the first night we were never asked if we wanted a drink, on the second night we were and were asked to pay right away. I found the receptionists in all 3 hotels to be very unhelpful as we needed the contact number for our representative but none of them made any effort to help. The good points of this hotel is it is kept absolutely immaculate, the cleaners came every day to change the towels and make the bed and if you didnt want to be disturbed in the morning they had no problems with coming back later on. The hotel is in a beautiful place with the beach literally just down the road. The surrounding area is brilliant and there are countless shops and restuarants. Our favourite was the cocktail bar which was part of the Wok Wok restuarant, the staff were amazing and the bar was beautiful. All in all our holiday was brilliant, we didnt spend much time in the hotel as there was so much to do. Its a fine place to sleep and have breakfast but I wouldnt spend my day there.

we've just come back and had a great time after reading some of the reviews i was concerned but it was better than a 2 star the pool was better then the pictures i could find, the kids club was good through the day and they did adult activity's like water polo and cocktail game, the food was good had variety every night breakfast was full english, fruit, breads and pastry's, cold meats. some of the staff were abit slow or not as nice as u'd like but hey u always get one no matter where u go. the showers are small but again i find they always are the room was cleaned every day and beds were made. we took our 10 month old soon and went with my parents and 8 year old brother so a wide range of ages and we all had a great time. the only thing i would say is if u are thinking of going all inclusive they told us it was only 30 euros a week so for us it was cheaper to do there rather than book all in.
