My only complaint is that there was no air-conditioning in the room. When I was there I could not remember whether this had been advertised, but now that I have checked the hotel description again I see that it states this is in every room. The weather was very warm and the window of my room opened into a courtyard so the air outside was not very cool and opening that did not help very much. Also from the description it is not clear that the breakfast is not included, that cost 5 Euros extra (I did not have it). In spite of that I thought it was a good value hotel in a nice area of the town.

Nice and friendly. New and "fresh" hotel in the "Old Town". Perfect location.

The hotel is located in the old town of Bilbao which is the definitley the best place to stay. After visiting, i'm glad I didnt pick a hotel in the center of town/near the Guggenheim as its mostly for shopping (and not for pintxos/tapas crawls!). The rooms were clean, pretty roomy and a good value. Its about a 15-20 min walk to the Guggenheim.
