Un buen hotel. Pasamos el fin de año allí. La cena de fin de año, buffet libre.. un poco cara pero buena. La habitación muy bien. Muy limpia. Lástima que la habitación no nos daba a la ría. La situación fantástica... a 10 min a pie del Guggenheim y del casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Very modern smart new hotel. Ideal place to stay if you are in Bilbao to admire the Guggenhiem. Overall staff fairly helpful. Would have liked breakfast to be included in the rate. If I were to return to Bilbao, I would definately stay here again.

Rooms in modern style, great room service (clean and stuff). Friendly and useful receptionists, free Internet WI-FI (in our case don't working). Beware, because the rooms are not at the same size, my room was great but a friend of mine really tiny. Greatly positioned.
