View from the terrace was fantastic and hotel facilities were excellent. Staff were great, the room was fine.
The location in front of Guggenheim is simply fantastic, easy to walk around the city from the hotel and the staff could not be more helpful. Rooms are spacious.
The views from the terrace restauant were great as was the breakfast and the hotel was fantastic. Staff were incredibly helpful, little attentions like the Mariscal puppet left on top of the bed.
I particularly liked the room called the Business Centre on floor one for internet, the location of the hotel was spectacular and service of staff from the moment of arrival was particularly good. Bathrooms were big and the breakfast
was excellent.
