Comfortable rooms in good location, a charming hotel and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom was fine and the breakfast was superb.

Location is great for Guggenheim, the bar has genuine atmosphere even not especially busy and price: Room rates are fairly reasonable. Breakfast is very good.

Perfect location in a fantastic city, a nice hotel and most of the desk staff were great. Reception very helpful upgrading us to a suite was really lovely, the food was pretty good.

The location is excellent for access to shopping and the whole place doesnt seem to get any natural light. Good air conditioning.

Service could not be better and the restaurant is expensive as is the bar.
