The welcome was good. The district is interesting with many facilities such as close to a tram station, train station and near the old town centre. The rooms are newly decorated and very modern. The breakfast is self service and very basic but OK. Overall good value and we returned 1 week later.

Elegí este hotel porque no tenía mucho presupuesto para el fin de semana y pensé que yendo a Bilbao prefería gastar mejor el dinero comiendo que en un buen hotel.El hotel está cerca del casco histórico aunque la zona donde se ubica no es muy atractiva.Bien comunicado con el tranvía a 2 minutos que te acerca a todos los sitios turísticos. Se puede ir andando al casco viejo donde tomar unos buenos pintxos y vinos al mediodía despues de visitar algunos sitios interesantes.Para cenar os recomiendo un pequeño y escondido restaurante cerca del hotel, hacen cocina vasco-francesa y se llama à table(imprescindible reserva).

A great little place

Like the others say, this hotel is clean, very comfortable and has friendly, helpful staff and is in a great location. I went on my own and was really grateful of the welcome I receieved and the advice I was given. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. You are just a few moments walk from the tram, several cafe-type places and the local Champion supermarket. My only problem was that it was a little noisy, but then I am a particularly light sleeper!
