1) Location - excellent location at a walking distance from almost everything, comfortable and well-located hotel, welcoming and helpful staff at Reception. Free wifi in rooms, very near the famous Pintxos bars.

Great location for everytning in bilbao, the hotel staff were polite and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious.
