my two friends and i stayed in the joya for a week in june 2007,for a girly holiday.although the hotel mainly caters for spaniards with entertainment and food we had no complaints,the staff were efficiant and friendly and there were plenty sun loungers,i would stay here again and would recomend it to anyone,it also seemed a nicer part of town away from the more boistrous square area,although there was still a good selection of british owned bars and pubs just a short walk away.

We have just returned from a 4 day stay at the Joya. We booked off the internet for £40 each for the whole stay. We were a group of 6 women the youngest being 46 and the eldest 65. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were basic, with maid service every day. The hotel is a little way from the front but Taxis were readily available at reasonable prices. I would certainly recommend to anyone who wants a cheap clean place to stay for a few days.
