Well what can i say , this hotel was fantastic, the staff were aprochable and helpfull and food was good, I agree there is a mixture of different foods but you just have to put the right foods with the right accompaniements. The rooms are smallishg but lets face it when away who needs a huge room. We had a ground floor room and it was perfect , not to far to stAgger. I would recomend this hotel for all ages the pool is amazing. I think we had the 1st in pool drink this season.. Read review

I completely agree with the posting below, this hotel is nothing less than excellent. I stayed here with a group of friends at the end of april and could not believe how lucky we were to have booked such a lovely hotel for such a good price. We stayed in the pelicanos and didnt actually go into the ocas side so i cant comment on that, but the lobby, bar and restaurant of the pelicanos was spotless at all times and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a great place, the beach and the bars are literally on the doorstep, there is an indoor market a few doors away which we found useful as there is a money exchange owned by english people. The food in the hotel was varied and there was always plenty to choose from, the hotel manager was there to welcome the guests at the start of meal times, which i found particularly charming. But the best thing about the hotel has to be the amazing 'lagoon style' pool surrounded by palm trees and with a swim-up bar, this has to be the best pool in benidorm.. Read review

Although we were expecting to stay at the Pelicanos, our Thomsons rep on the transfer Coach told us that all parties staying for only 7 nights would be placed in the Ocas. On checking in, we were told that our "special request" of a low floor with a Pool view, that we had asked for upon booking the holiday wasn't available, but would be in an hour. We fully expected to be sat around for hours waiting for this, but within 20 minutes, the Receptionist came to us to tell us that he'd now got a room available & the Room was lovely. The food proved to be excellent with a very wide range of choice. It was good to have the flexibility of using both Hotels facilities(Ocas & Pelicanos) as the Pool facilties at the Pelicanos were better. I could not fault the Ocas other than for having somewhat "temperamental" lifts.. Read review
