I stayed here with my friend first week in May this year. It was a great hotel, rooms clean and food was fab, always choice and always hot and replenished quickly. We went half board and got a room in one of the annexed 3 story type blocks round the pool which was grand. The rooms were small but enough for sleeping, all your stuff and as I said always clean.
It is near the main area, just a 5 min walk to 'The Square' and just a bit further on to the beach. There was a mixed crowd, golden oldies and also groups of lads and lassies, but no nonsense and a nice atmosphere.
We have booked to go back in August and can't wait.

Just returned from a weeks holiday, staying at this hotel for the third time. (2 adults and twins of 4 year old. ) Wouldn't go again, as the place was over run by Spanish with very few English families. Spanish kids were horrible towards the younger English children, splashing so hard in the pool they had to get out, trashing the play area so the staff had to take in the toys and I'm sorry to say a bit of bullying. Kids club was ok but again mainly spoke in Spanish. All entertainment on the complex in Spanish although would be repeated in English occasionally. Staff still learning the dance routines etc so not too clever. Couldn't get a smell in the archery or rifle shooting as the Spanish got there first and took the lead on the whole thing. Food was ok but not much for the kids. You might get a sunbed if you get up no later than 7am. Cleaning was good as maids came every day. Watch out when you go for tea....They give you a ticket to order drinks from and then you pay on the way out. We left ours on the table by mistake and someone decided to order drinks from our tab!! Benidorm in general seems to be changing into a Spanish resort and not relly a welcoming place for the British. Took us an hour and a half to check in and people were being told their rooms wouldnt be ready until the next morning.
