Second visit to Barcelona. Hotel was very positive experience. Positives: very clean, safe in room, great location, short walk from airport bus at Catalunya, very bright room, free internet (I used the terminal in the lobby, which was readily available). Negatives: expensive breakfast (I used a pastry and coffee shop down the street--they are plentiful and cheap), very warm room that was difficult to keep cool (in January). Overall: I'd recommend to a friend, and probably stay again.

Clean, Basic and Central

After searching many hotels in Barcelona I decided on this hotel mainly because it was new and the rate was reasonable. The hotel is located just off the Ramblas (2 mins walk) Just outside the hotel there was major road works going on, which although was an eyesore once in the hotel we were not bothered by this. We had a room on the 1st floor with a small patio, although no view (a wall) we appreciated the outdoor space. Lighting in the room was not great but all in all the room / bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Amenities are limited however enough to make your stay comfortable for 2 or 3 nights. If staying longer I would try to find something with a few more amenities. The complimentary water / coffee / pastries were a nice touch. Overall a clean, basic central hotel

Sehr zentrale Lage und neues Hotel, sehr modern eingerichtet tolles Frühstück, Kaffee und Wasser auch tagsüber gratis Jedenfalls weiterzuempfehlen, aber nicht gerade günstig eher für jüngeres Publikum
