Ciutat Vella Hotel has a stylish decoration which gave a bright and cheerful atmosphere to the whole place.The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the hotel as a good base from which to explore the city.

Excellent staff that were very helpful. Room was very hot due to poor ventilation in the courtyard - better to get a room on the exterior side. It was also spring when the conversion to air conditioning had not yet occurred. Otherwise, great location, central to everything.

Too many people screaming and running and smoking in the corridors during the night. People at the reception were rather rude.

Great Hotel for price, services offered where better than other hotels I stayed in previously. Staff where very helpful and pleasant and spoke and understood English well.

Positive: - nice staff - very clean rooms - everything is nicely designed and functionnal, there is no useless stuff - cooled drinking water is provided all day long, and this free of charge - central location Negative: - breakfast room is part of the entrance hall - insulation is not perfect
