立地は最高です。ゴシック地区の市庁舎から200ｍ程。この辺は夜ライトアップし、遅くまで明るいです。リセウとジャウメの２駅より徒歩圏内。何処に行くにもアクセスがいいです。ホテルに面するフェラン通りは、活気のある商業地区。食事もスーベニア探し、水やビール購入のスーパーもすぐ近く。また、人気の地区で、夜遅くまで観光客で賑わってました。此処の一階にミロの生家が残っていて、ミロの作品が展示されてます。食事はしませんでした。毎日の清掃はきれいでした。

冷蔵庫の無いのが何より不満でした。生ハムや果物、飲み物等々必要な時点で購入しなければなりません。一日、冷房が故障になって、暑い一日をすごさなければなりませんでした。アメニティはほぼ無いに等しいと思った方が良いです。
