I stayed here for a whole week and had a very positive experience. Although the room was a little shabby, it was perfectly sufficient and very clean with a very comfy bed which was just what I was looking for. I was woken up by the smell of delicious pastries which were being prepared for breakfast which was in a room with a beautiful view of the city of Siena. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made my stay a very pleasant one.

Don’t book this hotel for amenities they advertise.
It is not available. And additional E10 per person for each activities.
All of them need to be confirmed in advance. Official hours of operation till 6:30pm, but I asked about Hammam (it was 5:30pm) and owner’s san told me it will takes 30min to start it and then he will need to ask his employee to stay overtime, so he suggested I will pay his salary for that time…I sad it would be enough time (30min+15 min of use) but they keep argue with me. My one night was completely ruined. I played extra money because I thought I will spend nice relaxing time at Jacuzzi. If I knew about this problems I would book other hotels and cheaper.
