the service is very good, but the room is veeeery noise. you can hear the steps in the corridor, the talking from the rooms next to you and the noise from the street.

The upsides: - very different from the usual hotels, very cool and a quite nordic style - the staff was very friendly, even though it was an expensive hotel - Obviously a popular nightclub and great drinks - great roof terrace with a wonderful view and a pool The downsides: - Not soundproof at all, you could hear other people in the corridor very clearly - The toilet and the bathroom was separate, you had to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands

centrally located in a high rent stretch of the city, this is a decent joint. public areas are stylish and comfortable - there was a fashion shoot taking place as i checked in. rooms are well designed and comfortable. i couldn't find the minibar it was so well designed and hidden - but was assured that it existed. request a room overlooking the street on a high floor, away from the lift and with a balcony. the rooftop pool/ bar is what this hotel is about. the pool is pretty small but its more for a refreshing dip than a workout. its a nice space to lounge about in high above the hustle and bustle of the city. drawback include getting twin beds rather than a double, and the noise of vacuum cleaners banging off the door in the morning. the continental breakfast was poor and rather overpriced. on a side issue, be very vigalent at all times in the city. friends got attacked when travelling by taxi from the airport. the taxi doors were unlocked and opened when stopped at traffic lights. thieves snatched a handbag from the back seat. when reporting the crime, the police station was full of tourists reporting similar incidences.
