The chef’s specialities include: pickled partridge with tolosa beans, cream of pumpkin soup with black Botifarra sausage, roasted pork and cuttlefish, deer-loin fillets in a ragout of chestnuts, young garlic and cep and death trumpet mushrooms and monkfish with artichokes, wild asparagus and crayfish.

Literally across the square from the great Cathedral of Barcelona in the Gothic section of the city, this is agreat hotel to stay in you are looking for a central location as is near everything and the service is very good.
