The location is as good as the other reviews indicate, although it is worth mentioning that the nearest metro stations is a good 10 min walk away. We had specifically asked for a room with a real exterior window - we got this, but the noise from the street was noticeable at first floor. The room we had was very small, but clean and the comfort was ok. We went for the breakfast option, which is good value for the 10 Euros.
