I agree with many of the reports here that this hotel is superb!! I honestly could not pick fault with anything here at all. The only thing i would advise is too not get caught up using taxis as the metro is so handy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The nearest metro station is about 2 mins walk down the street and this line takes you straight to the port, very handy, just ask for a map at the station and you can easily work it out, it might look a bit dauting at first but once you give it a go(along with a good street map to keep you right) there should be no problems at all! The staff were very helpful, the rooms were beautiful and were cleaned everyday .In all i would defo recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Barcelona.

Quieter part of Barcelona

The hotel was nice to stay in. The area is quieter than the main city of Barcelona. The beds could use some updating...for more comfort. Our room was clean and a nice size. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. There is a metro stop near. There is a nice modern mall with in a couple of blocks with plenty of shops and places to eat. We enjoyed the supermarket in the lower level of the mall. All stores are closed on Sunday except for places to eat. The beach is with in walking distance as well.

Great hotel, friendly and welcoming staff. Even came running after me in the street to say I'd left something in the room! Keep up the good work!

Not the best nights sleep

Chose the Vincci due to its proximity to the Summercase Festival at the Forum, its not exactly convenient for the city despite great metro system. Rooms large, clean and modern. Unfortunately the beds felt like old spring matresses and were really noisy and uncomfortable. Walls also seemed really thin, was repeatedly awoken by others letting their doors slam or talking loudly along the corridors. Convenient for our needs but cant recommend it for a stay in Barcelona.
