Nice hotel, very conveniently located in the Gothic section of town. The staff speak English well and were very helpful. Good internet availability. Price was fair for the location. It was a little tough to find, but GPS got us there.

In the main a very pleasant stay in a small and friendly hotel that unfortunately was let down by poor front of house service. We complained to 4 different receptionists over 4 days that the hair drier in our room did not work, yet nothing was done. <br>Whilst we had been warned of the dangers by the hotel staff and considered ourselves to be seasoned,streetwise travellers, we still very nearly became a victim of the plague of pickpocketing that appears to be bedevilling the city. Beware, they &#39;hunt&#39; in teams, with the Metro being their favourite location for attack. <br>In summary, yes I would recommend the hotel to others, but beware of the pickpocketing disease that the city is blighted by.

I&#039;ve been there on December 08 and the hotel was fine. It is in the middle of the nice Gothic quarter of Barcelona. Rooms are not very large but perfectly furnished, and you&#039;ve got a lot of TV Channels, though most of them in Spanish. There is a free Internet post.

Very friendly and accommodating at reception. Generous with Cava and lovely green apples. They looked after our bags on the day we checked out until we left for the airport. There was a mixture of older couples and groups and the hotel was very quiet at night.

Nice hotel and excellent location in the walking area of the Gotic quarter. The room was a bit noisy during the night due to trash collection and people making noise. Expensive (but good ) breakfast.
