The rooms are nicely appointed, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean! The staff is friendly and accommodating, even to us “silly Americans” who make no attempt to speak Catalan or Spanish! The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a nice variety for the price (12,50Euros per person). The training room was bright and comfortable, despite being underground and windowless. The tea/snacks service was sufficient, bottled water was bountiful.. Read review

It was our 1st visit to Spain and although we had done background research on Barcelona and knew how to get around the staff were very helpful, providing us with tourist maps and giving us advice on what to see etc. The hotel was very child-friendly with very competitive rates. The room was gorgeous as was the ensuite bathroom with toiletries replenished daily. The location is quite good too - bus stops outside and opposite the hotel, with Sants station within walking distance.. Read review

We could just say that the overall services were very good, restaurant and recepcion staff are very friendly and good professionals. We enjoyed the good service at the breakfast buffet and dinner; food was of high quality and all our needs were answered by the brisk and friendly waiters. Our room was really clean, large and bright, with a very modern decoration, and we felt like staying at home.. Read review
