The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and ours on the fifth floor had great views over the city. Service is excellent. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Lovely upmarket shopping centre under the hotel. About an hour to walk to the Ramblas, so we took taxis or the tube. I would definitely use this hotel again when staying in Barcelona.

the bed was not comfortable, and on the otherhand the room space was exelant. the room is quait big comparing to other hotels in europ. the hotel located in a good shopping mall and nice street for wolking. thanks 2.9more on Venere

Rooms are big, location not good. But the staff....! Unfriendly is hardly the correct term for them. We were made to feel particularly unwelcome. Certainly wouldn't consider it again.
