We stayed here late November 2007 for 4 nights. Overall, the accommodations were good. The hotel is located literally right in front on the Metro stop Paral.lel so getting around and navigating Barcelona was super simple and convenient. The hotel itself is in an area called El Raval and there are convenient quick stop restaurants around the hotel. There is a charming churros stand near the hotel where we had the BEST churros filled with dulce de leche. Also, Las Ramblas is actually walking distance from the hotel so that was great as well. As far as the room goes, it was clean with modern, minimalist decor and a comfy bed. I found the bathroom to be a bit outdated (florescent lights, ew!) but clean nonetheless. I would definitely recommend this hotel for someone looking for affordable, modern, functional, and clean accommodations.

Hotel was OK but noisy traffic all night. Be sure to LOCK UP your stuff!!! I lost a nice pair of earrings tucked down into the bottom of my makeup bag. The management was not helpful.
