The room is very small. I booked a single room, but hotel arrage me a double room with twin beds, each bed is very small. The quilt looks st dirty that I don't want to use. My room window is pretty small. In additions, sound insulation was really terrible, I heard notice from next room from time to time. Of course, there are some good things, such as free wireless Internet, nice breakfast.

They didn't have the room I booked on time, so they put me on a more expensive one and asked me to change my room. When I asked why they were asking me to change my room, they weren't as worried about explaining me the situation rather than trying to make sure I'll pack everything for them to change my stuff from one place to another. When I tried to explain them that I had to unpack things from the backpack that I needed to carry my laptop to the conference and that I couldn't pack everything on the room for them to move stuff, they didn't pay any attention, and asked me once again to pack everything and they'll change my stuff from one room to another. On one hand I don't think they shouldn't ask customers to change their room once they're in, but that would be okay if they asked that kindly and explaining the whole sutation, and more importantly, saying _sorry_ at least once. I would have change my hotel the second day if I didn't had all my colleagues and other friends from the conference in there. On the other hand, the cards to get into the rooms stopped working quite often.
