The rooms were comfortable and clean. Tram station is right across the hotel (~15minutes into the inner city). Very friendly staff at the reception, good breakfast. We had one dinner in the hotel restaurant and loved it (even though the restaurant itself was fairly empty). Grocery store is a few blocks down the street where you can get cheap food/water for your day trips (make a left when you step out of the hotel).
