The main reason I am writing this review is that my mother has walking difficulties and I searched hard to find a hotel suitable and accomodating. I hope that by writing this review it will help others in the same situation. The Europe has specially adapted disabled rooms that are perfect. Everything in the hotel is easily accessable and the dining room and bar are nice, bright and modern. There is quite a difference between the superior rooms and the regular rooms in terms of decor and comfort, so if you can pay a little extra go for the superior. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from whatever you need - the beach, restaurants and shops. Parking available at an extra charge. The staff are very helpful and friendy. We also took my 15 year old son, so it's a hotel suitable for all ages. I have been to Ostend many times and would recommend and return to this hotel.
