We stayed at the hall from the Saturday night to the Monday morning On arrival the hall was most impressive as was the decor inside the hall. We booked an annexe room which are situated about 2 minutes walk from the main hall. The room was clean and tidy , very much like a premier lodge room (as was stated in another review!) but to be honest we weren't in the room much as we met some of the wedding party Saturday nght for drinks, was out Sunday morning at the beautiful Blenheim palace ( a 15 minute drive away) and at the wedding Sunday afternoon til late Sunday night. The breakfast is a buffet style cooked or continental (as much as you desire!) The only qualm on my point of view was the prices of the drinks at the bar!! OVERALL; Our room was a good place to crash and explore from. Grounds and hall were gorgeous. Breakfast was more than sufficient. Staff friendly and accomodating. Wedding suite was 'funky'. Oxford....BEAUTIFUL! You really have to make your own mind up. Have fun!!!
