Since I collect ACCOR hotel points I looked for several options for my stay during the Whitsunday weekend in Vienna. Having read the reviews on the NOVOTEL WIEN CITY we selected this hotel. The NOVOTEL WIEN CITY is running only for a few months now and the interior still looks spick and span. The room was modern, bed nice and comfy all following their new "Natural" slogan. The location is hard to beat since it's right across the Donau and opposite the Beachbar "Strandbar Hermann" which is sponsored by Swiss Tourism during the course of the European Soccer Championship and promises to be the meeting point for soccer afficionados until end of June'08.

Just taken a group of over 40 people, superb location, hotel brand new, highly professional staff, great breakfast, no of the group could fault it in anyway. Also good local restaurants close by which were slightly cheaper than back in the centre
