I stayed at I Colli on a short business trip and found the room quite confortable: well furnished, new bathroom, extremely quiet (this feature very important to me) and with a great view on the hills surrounding Macerata. Staff is nice and helpful.
However, the hotel's location makes necessary either to have a car, or to book in advance one of the very few Macerata's taxis. So you end up wasting a lot of time and money on taxi rides around the town. Last but not least: very poor breakfast.
Next time I would definitely choose a more central hotel.
