My Husband and I stayed here for the New Year's weekend and while we had a nice time, I would not stay here again- It's over rated to say the least. They put a hold on my credit card of 150.00 a night just in case, so I wasn't so happy about that.
We were told that the mini bar had a censor on it and if anything were moved we would be charged for it so I didn't even bother opening up the cabinet in which it was held (just in case) The bathroom was small, shower was TERRIBLE no water pressure at all, and the carpet was in hard shape. Upon arrival to our room I found a dirty Q tip beside the sink so it made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. Our TV would change channels on it's own. However the bed was SOOOO comfortable- the nicest bed I've encountered in all my hotel stays. That made up for the bad parts.
I found the casino small compared to others, and the Pink Taco food was over priced (which I know most things are in Vegas) but the food wasn't really that good.
It was a cool atmospehre, but it's not really my style. Next time I'll stay somewhere else.
The Hard Rock is a nice hotel, but is overrated.I loved the restaurants they have to offer, which all offer meals at decent prices, but the rooms are not as nice as I would expect from one of the higher-end type of hotels. The carpets are full of stains, however the rooms are clean and the same goes for the bathrooms. The staff is not that joyful to be around and don't seem to keen on helping out their guests.
