Got this Travelodge for ?29 for an overnight prior to a visit to Windsor. Location is in a typical slightly rough residential area - nothing for the visitor here. The hotel is ok to find from the M4 - the Reading one-way system is a bit daunting but once at the right exit, the hotel is easy to find as per the website directions. The car park costs ?3 per 24 hour period. Hotel reception, bar and restaurant are clean and spacious and the room was very big, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts (with an online reduction and free for children) were good. In summary, a good value stopover for a family of 3, available at Travelodge's excellent saver rates. (And a 20 minute drive to Windsor)

What can I say, decor above average for a travelodge these days, flat screen lg lcd tv, small not the best picture AV disabled by default. (hold both menu buttons down on remote and top of the tv at the same time for approximately 5 seconds until bluebird3 menu appears) click ok, edit hotel settings, and turn AV controls back on press menu to exit :D Kaching. hope this helps anyone else. there is disabled access in the hotel, which takes 2 forms, firstly 1 wheelchair lift to take you to the foyer complete with cover, or alternatively access is available behind the car park; press the buzzer. we had luggage and a small child in a pushchair, so we made do and struggled up the stairs.
