I have stayed at this hotel for the last three years for a few days while visiting relatives in Spain. While the previous years we did not experience any problems with the room or service, this year we had a problem with the air conditioning (did not work and the outside temperature was 38 degrees) and no hot water. What it was to be just a phone call to the front desk for service, turn out to be a serious and disrespectful receptionist. The receptionist advised my wife that both air conditioning and hot water were working fine and we should try to work out with the thermostat. A further call to the receptionist by my self I was advised that no one in the hotel complaint and as such the air conditioning and hot water were fine. I advised the receptionist that I was calling for my room only and not for the entire hotel and requested to speak to the hotel manager. I then was told that the manager or maintenance personnel were not available on the weekends, The receptionist then said that she found the problem to be isolated to the second floor of the hotel and was looking for a solution. Nothing was done for the two days we were at the hotel so on Monday morning we left the hotel. No apology or room discount was given for the problem. Moral of the story is that if you have no problems this is a nice hotel to stay at. Further to my call to the receptionist, I sent an e-mail letter to the corporate hotel management with no response either.

El hotel es bastante nuevo y moderno, creo que aun no tiene un año. Aunque no esta cerca del centro tiene una zona de ocio justo al lado, la estancion de cercanias esta a menos de cinco minutos andando y en el cercanias se tarda muy poco en llegar al centro. En el hotel tienes internet con cable gratuita y en algunas zonas WIFI tambien gratuita. El personal tambien es joven y bastante agradable. El desayuno no esta mal pero el buffet es poco diverso aunque esta bien para ser un tres estrellas.
