stayed here for 3 nights, great location to walk to old town, and easy to find on way back when drunk. The hotel itself is really modern, and well decorated The TV manged to loose channel settings. I phoned the desk, a guy came up and had a quick look but could solve it. We went out for day, and when we returned they had sorted it. The point i'm trying to make with the above 'thrilling' story is that it's good customer service
