"Another great stay"

This was my second stay at the Mihkli. I had previously stayed at the other Uniquestay hotel a short distance away. As on my other trips the staff and management of the hotel couldnt have done more to ensure that I had a wonderful trip. The hotel is very well situated to see the beautiful city of Tallinn, anyone who hasnt been should put it on their to do list. The Mihkli has a intimate and warm atmosphere, the rooms are spacious and bright and I would highly recomend upgrading to one of the Zen rooms. The food was very good with a wide selection of dishes and was great value. I booked my stay directly with the Mihkli and they arranged everything from picking us up from the airport to suggesting the best places to see. It certainly wont be long before we return. S.J. Fine hotel, albeit not in Old Town

The standard rooms were very pleasant, although the beds were a bit narrow. Fine for us Europeans but Americans who are used to huge double beds for single use should undertake a mindshift. The rooms were equipped with computers (free internet included although I didn't use it for fear of having someone hack into my e-mail accounts but maybe this was unwarranted and has nothing to do with the hotel) and coffee makers. The bathroom was a pleasant size and disposed of shower soap but not a hairdryer. However, this could be obtained from the front desk which is fine. The staff was singularly helpful and answered all of our questions patiently and accurately, despite being under considerable pressure as we were there on a busy week-end. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing but that seems to be the way it is in Baltic hotels of this standard. In any case, food is so cheap and so yummy in the ciy that you can always nip in for a top up somewhere in town. Tired business travelers might opt to eat tat the hotel in their smart dining room or the more casual Brazilian downstairs but unfortunately, I cannot give an opinion on either of these as we always ate in town. The location of the hotel is fine. Depending on where you want to go in the Old Town, it is a straightforward 10-15 min walk away. I and my fellow traveler (2 women) walked home even late at night. Endlo Street gets a bit deserted at night so maybe single women might want to opt for the bus. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. they also have another hotel somehwere else but which also seemed to be in a decent location.

Had a great stay in this hotel! Rooms were not huge, but perfectly adequate - double room consisted of twin beds, but we pushed them together, and they were subsequently made up the following morning using double sheets etc, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was great - good choice and plenty of it. As mentioned by other reviewers, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Old Town, so it's no distance, and is an easy walk. Free internet access in every bedroom was a major plus and not something usually found, so much appreciated! Didn't try the sauna so can't comment on that - but it is free in the mornings, provided you book it. Had dinner here one evening too and it was tasty and reasonably priced. All in all, a good choice!
