After a 20min process which should've only taken 5mins we finally got our room and were given twin beds - not a double, like our hotel voucher had said. The room was a so-called deluxe room but I would not have liked to see their basic rooms if this was the deluxe standard! Upon arrival at the hotel we were told that there had been a plumbing problem and because of this we had been moved to 2 single rooms (with an extra bed) for the first night of our stay, after which we could be moved to the twin rooms we had originally booked.
