Arrived at 7 am and was given a room promptly by a friendly receptionist. Lost a credit card and the receptionist called the bank and did everthing to help with the situation just a few minutes before his shift is over. Next shift staff were equally helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Too small for a 5 star hotel, but the service compensates. Location is within walking distance to any where of interest in Old Town. You don't have a laptop? Don't worry, they'll lend you one for free and wireless internet access is free as well. Very nice hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff helpfuland friendly, and the location perfect for exploring the "old city". I highly recommend the hotel.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Savoy Boutique Hotel in mid-June. The reception staff was outstanding and helpful. The hotel was well-located for walking to most places. For being in a room facing the street, there was little noise because the windows were double-paned. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The shower was great....lots of hot water. My only complaints are that the breakfast, which was included with the hotel price, was okay but could have provided more diversity, and the mattress tops on the bed were thin and occasionally were sliding off the bed during the night when we were sleeping.

We were originally booked in to the Hotel Bern but as they had overbooked we were sent over to the Savoy Hotel - glad we did! Very nice rooms with great views over the Old Town. Great location - just a few minutes walk to the main Square. Very friendly staff, hotel very chic and is clearly looked after very well. Highly recommended.
