After reading many reviews, I was looking forward to a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of London. It took over an hour for us to finally get to our room. This hotel advertises that it has air conditioning. It has not, at least not in room 208 where we endured two incredibly uncomfortable nights. Seriously, when has a fan in your room been equated with air conditioning? Room 208 over looks he court yard restaurant so with the windows open you have to endure...... Read entire review

The reservation process online was very smooth. However, I hope that management will improve this hotel so that travelers will feel as though they've gotten their money's worth. After asking the front desk we did get a mini-bar price list but nothing else. Additionally, we had a shower that was leaking...... Read entire review

We stayed in the Mechant Suite which was a beautifully designed room with a very comfortable bed and state of the art plasma television and heated flooring, however on arrival in Tallinn the hotel had forgot to book our transfer (even though we had reconfirmed the details with the hotel staff the day......
