I have been staying in Copenhagen for about 2 weeks every month for some years now and I am tired tired tired of hotels. For me, coming to Copenhagen for business, the ability to have my morning coffee the way I like it, in the room in my pj's and with the paper, and making myself a salad and an omlette in the evening is heaven. The location is not the best for tourists, I believe, since it is about 20 min. walk to the center, or 10 min to the train station, and there is a lot of construction going on around, with quite some noise early in the morning. The room I had on the 7th floor was very nice. Great bedroom, living room, 2 plasma TVs, wonderful kitchen, and a big plus for me - a good sized desk so I could work comfortably, with light and telephone and internet access. The hotel facilities were also very nice- lovely pool and a fair fitness room. I tried the breakfast only once and didnt try the restaurant at all, so I cant really say. The only issue i had was that my room was not as meticulously clean as I would have liked. I didnt pay more than i would have in any of the central "business" hotels but I feel I got more.

Everything was fine except very inefficient staff. All the phone lines go to the front desk and when i asked them to put me through room service or house keeping the lady seemed to be very annoyed and unkind. Even when i left a note for room cleaning the desk forgot to deliver the message to the house keeping. The staff in the front desk seemed to be grumpy and that was funny impression!! Futhermore i left my laptop cable on the desk and i remember it clearly. So i rang them after coming back, but i was told there was nothing!!

perfect accomodation!nice welcome; we could check in early in the morning and leave our luggage after check out with our personal numbers!everything was as promised!nice and clean room

Vey modern and well appointed hotel. Staff very helpful. Good pool and gym facilities. Quiet area and easy walk to train station or 45 minutes on foot to centre of Copenhagen.

A very nice hotel. The location is excellent with easy to reach train transportation to the center of Copenhagen. The rooms were spacious and quiet, then latter being especially important to us. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. Hendrik (Alex) Doeff
