The hotel is located across the road from Vesterport Train Station and a 10 min walk from Copenhagen's Central Train station. The room is very small but clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Be careful of your valuables though, as a lady has lost her belongings. Overall, this hotel is good value.
The staff at the tourist info centre are fantastic and the CPH card can be worthwhile if you visit a few museums/castles. 4more on GTAHotels

It took 35 confusing minutes to check in. The 3 guys in the reception was completely hopeless and even after that only one room key worked. Railway is just outside so a very noisy right followed - and picture was completed next morning at a terrible breakfast. No Rybread, egss boiled to green and NO service from two guys that could neither undestand danish nor english. 0.8more on Venere
