"Great place to stay"

Evidently they have done some serious upgrading at this hotel. Yes, the rooms are small but I found the beds very comfortable (and I'm over six feet, 200 pounds), the staff was excellent and breakfast was great. The access to the train station is perfect. I'm told there are new owners of the place who have cleaned it up, so I guess the previous reviews were before or during the change over.

The reception and the support staffs are good and helpfull.The hotel facilities are good value for money.

The rooms at the street side is very noisy. We had to change the room to sleep. The rooms to the backyard have no opening possibilities except a door to the fire exit that is reachable from all the rooms at the same floor. However, the staff is service - minded, and the location is very central. ( 10 mins walk to "Strøget"

Extremely rude staff

This hotel is a typical example of a standard Danish hotel, it was dirty, exceptionally rude staff, rooms that are not properly cleaned, ligt bulbs missing, and no internet or telephone connection. They tried to over charge. And following all that the managers are never available when you want to see them. Why can't the Danes pull themselves together and sort their hotels and staff out.
