The hotel is nice but the advertising on the web page about SPA it's not accuracy at all. The SPA facilities have no supervision, are small, plenty of stairs and dangerous due to the type of floor. The sauna were cold and the jacuzzi, the only spa facility together with a very small cold pool, has space for only six people. So can not be consider as a SPA hotel facility.

This hotel would qualify as a good two-star hotel. Four stars - not even close. The area has added conveniences nearby, such as a sex shop, and some people in the area seem to work in the related industry. The room was small, and the only ventilation I could find was a crack under the door. Windows were glued shut. The shower stall had a common floor with the bathroom, so you needed waders to enter after taking a shower. An outlet for the provided hair blower was blocked by the mirror... Four stars?

Its design is unconventional. But cool, calm and collected. It's located in a part of Copenhagen that might make the prudish slightly uncomfortable. But it's close to the main station, so what do you expect? The staff are disconcertingly young and casual dress is the order of the day. But they're uniformly delightful - charming, efficient, helpful and friendly. The fabulously funky evening buffet is unlike anything I've come across in a hotel before. We loved that the chef wandered around the dining room chatting to everyone about what was on offer, what would be ready in half an hour's time and what people thought of his new healthy version of a Ceasar dressing (excellent, since you ask). The veggie lasagne was one of the best lasagnes I've eaten and I'm not even a vegetarian. Something to do with the sweet potato and pumpkin, I think. My only complaint would be that we didn't stay long enough to try the spa. I'll be putting that right next time. This is now officially my favourite hotel in Copenhagen.
