Simplicity is the word here, neat, tidy and very compact single room. I have no complains. Free broadband internet connection into my laptop inside the room was a big plus. There is a free internet computer for the guest at the front desk. The room was clean, with more than adequate sockets for charging handphones, run laptop, charge batteries for camera, etc. The front desk itself is a simple neat and tidy layout, no frills, very polite, very friendly and very efficient check in welcome. The breakfast has a good spread of warm fresh bread and pastry, juice, milk, eggs, etc. Location is good - just a 100 m walk to the Central Station. The heater in the room worked wonderfully. Good value for money.

I booked this hotel along with flights rather 'blindly'. We were only there for 4 nights. The staff were very helpful and everyone we came across in Copenhagen spoke English very well. The location was good for the train which we caught in from the airport. It was rather basic but clean, the bathroom desperately needed updating. I had only booked for the bed but we got a good buffet style breakfast anyway. It was in the red light district which some may not like. We were out most of the time and only used the room as a base to sleep in, for this it served it's purpose very well.

Avoid this hotel if you can

I competely agree with fellow traveller mrsklauscvg. Hotel is located in red district area and it is very outdated. Smell in the bathroom was disgusting. Overall I wished I was staying somewhere else.

Overpirced & Does not match room description

I was very disappointed with my room. I don't know what room they used for the photos of a single room but it certainly did not match the room that I received. Stayed 2 nights. Room was extremely small. I could strech out my arms and almost touch each side of the room. Not at all impressed with the bathroom. If you had to take a shower, the entire bathroom would be completely soaked. Did not feel that it was especially clean. Had to open windows for air & there was lots of street noise all night due to bar across the street. Did not feel safe walking in this district. Room did not impress at all. Small single bed, not even a twin bed, worn carpets, and wished I had been in a different hotel. I will say that the staff was pleasant & helpful and the buffet breakfast was lovely. Had hoped to use the pool that is advertised as being available for guests at a near by facility, but times were limited and not convienient. Coming back to Denmark this year & I will not stay in this area again. I agree that it is more of a red light district. I could not wait to get back to Canada & stay 2 nights in a Toronto hotel. Waited to use shower in the hotel in Toronto.
